Our programs typically include assessment sessions, group workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer learning groups, and follow-up support. The exact mix depends on which program you choose and your specific development needs.
Most programs run between 3 to 6 months, with sessions scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. We also offer intensive formats for organizations with time constraints.
Absolutely. We work with you to tailor the program to your organizational context, culture, and specific leadership challenges. Most of our corporate programs are customized to some degree.
Our programs are designed for managers and leaders at all levels — from emerging leaders transitioning into management roles to senior executives. We have specific tracks for each level.
